With in-house services including event management, production, creative, digital, video and much more, this agency certainly offer the full works and due to this have an extensive client base ranging in sectors including healthcare, automotive, energy, IT and retail.
The team are now seeking a Senior Account Manager to come on board. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an outstanding key healthcare accounts and be responsible for developing the relationship to greater heights!
THE ROLE
Client facing, you must be inquisitive in nature to truly understand the clients brand, company ethos and therefore have the ability to help nurture and maximise the agency's relationship with this account.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Management and development of key client accounts
Identifying new opportunities
Working with internal departments
Ensuring operational delivery
Constant upsell of agency services
Overseeing budgets
On-going client contact
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be confident client facing and have a natural ability to develop a strong rapport with their dedicated account. Candidates will need to be based at a similar level within an agency environment and ideally have experience of working across global healthcare accounts.
