RMG16052 - We are working with a leading event projection and video mapping company who are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team.

From innovative, creative and unforgettable mapping speculars, this company offer a full range of projection, video and animation solutions - offering outdoor projection to the masses, through to indoor events & exhibitions, retail design and immersive and digital projects. They work with a broad range of clients across the automotive, property, technology, retail and healthcare industries.

This company is based in London, and working from their quirky and cool offices you will work within a close-knit, dedicated and hard-working team.

THE ROLE

Due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. As a Senior Account Manager you will manage client relationships as well as remaining hands on with the overall project delivery.

As a Senior Account Manager your key responsibilities include;

• Building, developing and growing client relationships at all levels
• Responding to clients briefs
• Cross-selling and up-selling services
• Putting together ideas and concepts
• Presenting ideas back to clients
• Producing quotes and project timeframes
• Managing and reporting on budgets
• Working with internal creative studio and production team to execute the projects
• Overseeing the delivery of projects from start to finish
• Having an interest in technology / AV events and digital experiences

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Senior Account Manager role we are looking for candidates that have events industry experience working within a technical production or AV environment. This is a client facing role which requires professional experience and industry knowledge to push for the best from all parties.

Due to the nature of the work, it is important that you have a keen interest in technology / AV / digital aspects of events. You will naturally be a people-person, can forge strong relationships, have strong communications skills and be pro-active.
