THE COMPANY
Well established in the industry, this award winning agency have developed a fantastic client base that is constantly growing! Offering various in-house services including production, logistics, creative and video, it is no surprise the teams are dedicated in producing quality and unique experiences. Their events portfolio can span across the globe and include conferences, incentives and exhibitions through to private events.
Due to on-going success, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager/ Account Director. This position is hands on and will take a pivotal role within the agency where you will have overall responsibility for key account management and delivering complex events.
THE ROLE
Working across a variation of client accounts, your focus will be overseeing and developing client relationships. Alongside this, you will lead across larger scale events, providing end-end management including developing compelling proposals through to on-site management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Account management
Taking and interpreting initial client briefs
Developing compelling proposals
Providing technical specifications
Liaising with suppliers
Overseeing crew members
Coordinating with internal departments
Knowledge of current industry trends
Budget management
On-site management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience of delivering a variety of complex events within a production agency environment. Candidates must be confident client facing as account management is a large part of this role.
