A fantastic opportunity to take a senior level role managing a small (but growing) team and oversee the technical delivery for a fast growing production agency.
THE AGENCY
Privately owned, full of passionate people, growing quickly and a great culture - what started as a pure AV company has now become a fully fledged and highly successful creative production agency.
With in house AV, Design and Creative they deliver large scale conferences, product launches and everything in between for a wide range of client sectors.
As part of their growth there is now the opportunity for a Senior AV Project Manager to join their team and take a lead role in managing the technical delivery across the agency.

THE ROLE
With a broad remit the Senior Project Manager will have oversight of all of the events they deliver, advising on technical solutions and overseeing a small team of Technicians / Junior Project Managers. Equally they will also manage their own large scale events from initial brief through to on site.
No two days will be the same, but general responsibilities include:
*Building and maintaining client relationships
*Working on pitch documents and proposals
*Technical specifications
*Budget management
*Site visits
*Team management
*Supplier liaison
*On-site management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have experience within either a production agency or AV company where they will have managed the production of a variation of events. AutoCad experience is also essential. Proven experience in creating strong client relationship is key combined with the drive to join a first rate company.
