THE ROLE

Working on one of the agency's largest global accounts in luxury automotive the Senior Event Logistics Manager will lead from the front, playing a key role in every aspect of large scale event delivery, from the initial brief through to on site. The events are incredibly complex and will add an enormous amount of kudos to your career!

The Senior Event Logistics Manager role is broad, but general responsibilities include;

* Being part of the initial creative pitch meeting
* Developing event logistics proposals
* Acting as the central point of client management
* Leading the supplier selection and management
* Closely collaborating with internal creative and production teams
* Reconciling and managing complex multi currency budgets £1m +
* Managing and mentoring junior team members
* Leading complex event logistics including on site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Senior Event Logistics Manager candidate should have agency experience working with global brands where they have managed the logistics delivery of large scale projects from brief through to on site. You will be confident leading on projects of 500 pax plus and have worked with budgets of £1m as a minimum. International events experience on this scale is an absolute MUST! If you have worked with clients in the luxury / automotive sector then this will be an added bonus.
