THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success and business growth they now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Event Manager to join their team and provide end to end management on a range of events across their client base.

A broad role, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating, planning and delivering a range of events across the year

• Client liaison

• Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking

• Delegate management

• Managing and developing relationships with external suppliers

• Liaising with internal design, production and creative teams

• Ensuring all health and safety documents and risk assessments are completed

• Budget management and reconciliation

• Onsite management including overseeing stand installation when required

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have managed their own events end to end and ideally have experience of working for an event agency or exhibition design and build company. Candidates must be comfortable liaising with internal design and creative teams and ideally have a strong knowledge of production processes for outdoor exhibitions. Equally candidates with a strong logistical background will also be considered. Any experience of working on automotive events would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.
