We now have an opportunity to be part of a company who create the world's best super car rallies and driving adventures….and there's a twist! Alongside these fantastic supercar events, they create luxurious experiences for a range of clients that consist of beautiful driving, spectacular venues, fine food and extraordinary entertainment.

Working with high net worth clients and luxury brands, each event and experience is delivered to the highest standards!

THE ROLE

Due to on-going success, we are now looking for a Senior Event Manager to oversee and manage the operations across a range of super car rallies, driving adventures and experiential events where you will liaise with and pull together all elements of event logistics.

As the Senior Event Manager you will get involved in:

• Working directly with high end clients
• Developing and planning a variety of creative events
• Overseeing and managing all operational projects
• Researching and sourcing DMC's and venues
• Sourcing all external suppliers including entertainment
• Liaising with internal teams and freelance support
• Organising and managing complexed travel arrangements
• Managing multi million £ budgets
• Communicating and maintaining time-lines on each project
• Managing and coaching a team
• Being on-site at each event across the globe

THE CANDIDATE

This role would suit a Senior Event Manager with in-depth destinations knowledge, a creative flair and experience of delivering international luxurious events. With a passion for travel (and cars!) as well as working with luxury brands, you will be used to managing multiple events at one time and have excellent communications skills to deal with high end demanding clients!
