THE ROLE

Due to the continued development of the company and rapid expansion plans there is now an opportunity for an ambitious and commercially focussed Senior Event Manager to join their dynamic team, working with a range of blue chip clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

You will work across a portfolio of their events, focusing on larger projects and incentive travel events across the UK and Overseas.

Key responsibilities include:

*Stepping in to manage staff when the Event Director is away
*Helping to mentor more inexperienced members of the team
*Taking detailed client briefs
*Pitching to new clients
*Proposal writing
*Venue sourcing
*Managing budgets (up to £100k)
*Full logistics
*Onsite Management
*Event reconciliation


THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have an event agency background and a proven ability to manage large scale/large budget events end to end. The ideal candidate will have strong logistical experience and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with high profile clients. Experience organising incentive travel events is preferred but not essential for the role.
