A rare opportunity for an established Event / Project Manager to join a luxury incentives agency and work in a senior role across the globe on bespoke packages for well-known high end clients!

THE COMPANY

This luxury travel and lifestyle agency are well known for creating incentive packages, prizes and awards fulfilments for high net worth individuals and companies across the globe. Working across a range of high end clients in the automotive and financial services sectors to name a few, this dynamic and fast-paced team produce a range of high end luxury travel trips and packages which are delivered in far flung corners of the globe!

THE ROLE

The Senior Event Manager position will work closely with the Event Director and Head of Incentives to take the lead and deliver a range of packages and incentives for new and existing clients! With a hands-on approach working on a range of clients this role will be key in delivering amazing experiences for some fabulous luxury brands.

Responsibilities will include:

* Taking the initial brief and developing the packages with the clients
* Building out the budgets and managing costs
* Supporting with and leading on pitches
* Leading the luxury incentives including on-site travel
* Managing the full project from start to finish
* Reporting to Event Director
* Ensuring the profitability of all events
* Cross selling and upselling
* On-site management and global travel

THE CANDIDATE

This role would suit an Event / Project Manager with in-depth international destinations knowledge, a creative flair and experience of delivering global incentive travel trips. With a passion for travel and incentives as well as working with luxury brands, you will be used to managing multiple events at one time and have excellent communications skills to deal with high end demanding clients!
