THE ROLE

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Senior Event Producer to join their close-knit team and play a lead role in the planning, production and delivery of sporting events, outdoor events and live events. You will take responsibility for ensuring that all events are delivered on time, to budget and to clients needs and expectations.

As a Senior Event Producer you will be responsible for;

• Working with clients and taking a detailed brief
• Producing full quotations and ideas and presenting this back to clients
• Briefing and managing internal teams
• Sourcing and managing external suppliers
• Managing and reporting on budgets
• Overseeing all areas of delivery - ensuring it always meets the brief
• Preparing production schedules, critical paths and running orders
• Sourcing and managing freelancers
• Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for Event Producers, Project Managers or Senior Account Manager from within an agency environment. As a Senior Event Producer you will have a keen eye of detail, production experience, time management and the ability to manage internal and experience teams. If you have a passion for or experience in the sporting industry this would be advantageous.
