The Role
Due to their on-going success they are seeking a Senior Event Project Manager to join their passionate and committed team. A broad role, responsibilities will include:
• Acting as Project Lead on larger scale and complex events
• Being a key point of client contact throughout
• Driving logistical and project planning from briefing through to delivery .
• Effectively managing both internal and external teams
• Holding financial responsibility for individual projects and wider team budget sign offs
• Managing an event delivery team including formal line responsibility, appraisals, etc.
• Coordinating resource allocation across the team
• Managing events onsite in the UK and Europe
The Candidate
The ideal candidate must be experienced in the end-to-end management of a range of events with this experience gained from working within an events, exhibition or experiential agency. Candidates must be client facing and have a proven team management background. Any exposure working on experiential events including brand activations and roadshows would be an added benefit.
