THE ROLE

Due to their on-going successes and ever growing events portfolio, there is a now an opportunity for a Senior Events Manager to join their close-knit team.

Taking ownership for a number of accounts as well as taking responsibility for event delivery across these you will be working on a huge range of events including conferences, exhibitions, seminars, dinners and roadshows throughout the UK and overseas. A broad role responsibilities include:

• Account management and growth
• Building and developing client relationships
• Taking full responsibility for full end to end events management
• Preparing proposals and costings
• Briefing and managing internal teams including design
• Managing full event logistics including travel and accommodation booking
• Selecting and managing suppliers including venues, DMC's, AV and catering
• Stakeholder management including speaker, sponsor and delegate liaison
• Budget management
• Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a solid and proven background of managing and delivering both UK and international events including exposure to full logistics and budget management. Experience of account management and being the main point of contact for accounts would also be beneficial as would experience of working in the technology sector.
