RMG15414 - We are working with a creative events agency based in Manchester who are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join their team and play a lead role on events including award shows, gala dinners and conferences.

Offering full event management, creative, video and production services they produce and deliver events including award ceremonies, conferences, roadshows, activations and launch events across the UK.

THE ROLE

They are looking for a Senior Events Manager to join their team and play a key role within their events team. You will manage your own client relationships, plan and deliver events from start to finish as well as overseeing a team. We are looking for candidates who have experience in award ceremonies.

This is a fast-paced agency where you will manage multiple events simultaneously.

Key responsibilities;

• Managing your own portfolio of clients
• Attending client meetings and taking briefs from clients
• Organically growing existing and new accounts
• Putting together proposals and presenting ideas and concepts to clients
• Taking ownership of events from start to finish
• Managing and reporting on budgets
• Briefing internal teams including creative
• Managing and mentoring a team
• Sourcing and managing external suppliers and venues
• Providing on-site support at events

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates who have experience working within an events or production agency where you have managed events from start to finish. We will consider Senior Event Managers, Senior Account Managers and Senior Project Managers. You must have strong client management experience, have managed events (specifically award ceremonies) from start to finish as well as ideally having managed or mentored a team.
