THE ROLE
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Executive to join a luxury boutique marketing & events agency a who primarily work in the B2B luxury incentive travel and events sector. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing impactful campaigns, driving engagement, and contributing to the growth of our global events.
Responsibilities:
Your main focus will be on the digital side of marketing where you will develop compelling blog features and social media content that captivate our audience and showcase our industry leadership, as well as creating targeted campaigns to support clients recruitment, measure and enhance engagement levels, and optimize sales conversion and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will also take an active role in managing the website, content management system (CMS), focusing on page design, user experience (UX), SEO, traffic, and overall content improvement.
Other key responsibilities include:
Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content within the marketing plan, positioning the company as an industry authority.
Data Growth Strategies: Utilize digital strategies to grow target data, enhancing our ability to reach and engage with key audiences.
Video Content Organization: Coordinate and organize video content from our international events, ensuring it aligns with our brand messaging and strategy.
Google Analytics: Track, measure, and improve our Google Analytics, providing insights to enhance overall marketing performance.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in B2B marketing, events, and digital strategies. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess a strong creative flair, and have a results-driven mindset. Effective communication skills, adaptability to data trends, and proficiency in social media, particularly LinkedIn, are essential. If you are a marketing professional with a passion for the luxury incentive travel and events sector this copudl be the perfcet role for you.
You should have B2B Marketing and Events Experience and be able to showcase a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
While not essential, a marketing degree is preferred to ensure a strong foundation in marketing principles. You must also have up-to-date social media marketing knowledge, experience with website CMS, and proficiency in photo/video editing software (Adobe, Canva, iMovie, etc.).
Strong knowledge of web design principles, analytics, and the ability to identify and adapt to data trends.
