Delivering a number of mass participation events, this role will initially be focused on a large scale, global sporting event that will require exceptional logistics and operational management.

THE ROLE

Due to expansion, there is now an unmissable opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the set up and delivery of this sporting event.

Responsibilities include:

• Venue and stakeholder sourcing

• Liaison with city councils, blue light services etc

• Road closure management and planning

• Budget forecasting

• Health and safety planning

• On site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal Senior Operations Manager will have previous experience working with mass participation events, including sporting events, festivals or other large scale outdoor events. Experience with road closure management would also be ideal as well as liaising with councils and other services.
