The agency, which is situated in a fabulous rural location in the Hampshire countryside, are now looking to expand their team with a Senior Production Manager. Within this role, you will be given the opportunity to lead a team across global projects.

THE ROLE

As part of their close knit production team, the Senior Production Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of events including conferences, exhibitions and congresses around the world.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Client contact

• Attending site meetings

• Assisting with proposals

• Internal team liaison

• Organising and booking freelance staff

• Liaising with suppliers

• Budget management

• On site management

THE CANDIDATE

In short you will be responsible for making sure that the job gets done on time, to the client's expectations and in budget!

One of the main requirements for the role is that you must have previous experience within either an AV company or production agency combined with an understanding of technical disciplines and strong client liaison experience.
