THE ROLE

As Senior Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the overall production delivery across a portfolio of incredibly creative live events and experiences.

Responsibilities are broad and will include:

* Providing senior production support across a range of accounts
* Owning the end to end production process
* Managing project timelines and schedules
* Liaising and negotiating with external production/AV suppliers
* Working closely with internal creative teams and producers
* Managing health & safety processes
* Holding a strong knowledge of technical equipment
* Attending events onsite to oversee production delivery
* Developing and managing production budgets
* Overseeing and supporting junior members of the production team

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for experienced, senior level production managers with a strong understanding of technical equipment and experience delivering highly creative event projects. Candidates will ideally come from a creative production agency or full service event agency. Any experience in CAD and people management would be beneficial but is not essential.
