Working on a truly global scale they deliver diverse projects varying from conferences, meetings and awards dinners through to a range of healthcare events for their prestigious pharmaceutical clients. With such a credible reputation and offering full event logistics and production services as well as venue sourcing it's unsurprising that their client base is seeing some exciting growth!

This is a fantastic time for this company and they are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team and support their growth.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the global delivery of a range of projects from brief through to delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing events from brief through to delivery
Acting as a central point of client contact
Leading project timelines and critical date plans
Developing proposals and event solutions
Organising full event logistics
Contracting and managing suppliers including venues, DMCs, etc.
Liaising with internal departments such as venue sourcing and production
Overseeing the delegate registration process
Managing event budgets through to reconciliation
Acting as project lead onsite to ensure smooth delivery
Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team

THE CANDIDATE

As the events are so full service (always with production and often content, as well as logistics) it is imperative that the candidate has experience in a full service events agency and has delivered these types of events. A confident and calm character who thrives under the pressure of complex events would be an ideal fit. Whilst pharma is a key sector for this agency we will consider any industry sector background as long as the Senior Project Manager or Project Director can manage events on this scale and complexity.
