THE ROLE

As a Senior Event Project Manager you will be responsible for the full end to end management for some of their largest and most prestigious automotive clients - taking the lead on projects from brief through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and developing client relationships
Managing events from brief through to delivery
Creating proposals and pitching
Sourcing and negotiation with venues and other suppliers
Liaising closely with internal teams
Managing full delegate registration and logistics
Preparing and reconciling budgets
Overseeing the successful delivery of events onsite
Managing and supervising junior members of the team

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must be working at a senior level from an agency background and have a proven background in delivering a broad range of events. If you have strong client facing skills and have managed your own accounts previously then we need you! Any exposure to managing automotive events would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role.
