THE ROLE

Due to ongoing success and growth they are now looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. Working closely with the Director and senior team you will take the lead on a range of projects and help drive the business forward

A broad role responsibilities will include:

Strengthening and developing client relationships
Meeting with clients and understanding their AV and production requirements
Managing projects from brief through to on-site delivery
Advising on production and equipment
Liaising with venues (including attending site visits)
Putting together technical specifications
Providing proposals and quotations
Working closely with internal teams and departments as well as external suppliers
Ensuring Health & Safety policies documentation
Supporting with dry hire enquires
Creating and advising on production schedules
Creating all pre-event production documentation
Managing event logistics
Budget management
Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Senior Technical Project Manager role candidates must come from a technical AV or production agency and have had previous experience of managing projects from end to end including full costings. Candidates must have client-facing skills coupled with experience of managing suppliers. Any experience of using Hire Track and / or skills in Vectorworks would be an added advantage but is not essential for the role.

This is a busy and fast-paced environment so we are looking for candidates who are team players, who can work under pressure and who have sharp attention to detail.
