THE AGENCY

This exciting events agency are renowned for delivering creative and innovative events including corporate events, live events, parties, festivals and press events. They offer services including event management, production, styling and theming for well-known clients across the fashion, retail, FMCG and banking sectors, across the UK and overseas.

This agency focuses on connecting customers, teams and clients with brands through live and experiential events.

THE ROLE

Due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a Set Designer to join their workshop team. As a Set Designer you will create the overall look and feel of an event, and will be involved from brief through to completion. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will work on a variety of projects from roadshows, parties, launches, conferences etc.

As a Set Designer your responsibilities will include;

• Working on brief from brief, through proposal and through to completion
• Responding to clients briefs
• Playing a lead role in creative brainstorms and pitches
• Producing visuals, artwork, working drawings and accurate plans
• Work closely with the Event Producer and in-house teams
• Liaising with external suppliers and printers
• Ensuring high standards and quality at all times
• A working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Vectorworks is essential

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Set Designer role you must have experience working as a Set Designer, CAD Designer or 3D Designer - specifically working within the events or exhibitions industry. This is a fast-paced agency where you will be involved throughout the design process, working with both internal and external teams. You must have excellent communication and creative skills.

To be considered for this role you should have a strong knowledge of Adobe Suite and Vectorworks.
