A small but rapidly expanding conference organiser who work across a huge spectrum of topics and sectors holding market leading conferences in the UK and Europe. This company are innovative and ambitious and embrace people who can contribute new ideas in a fun and supportive environment.
Due to business growth they are now recruiting for a both junior and senior level sponsorship sales candidates who are confident in business to business sales and can present themselves in a professional manner both over the phone and face to face.
Key responsibilities includes;
Writing and selling sponsorship and exhibitor packages
Identifying potential clients across a wide variety of sectors
Building and maintaining relationships and networking
Contacting potential sponsors via a range of channels
Proactively seeking new clients
Meeting and exceeding agreed targets and maximising revenue
Arranging and conducting meetings with clients
Working closely with internal teams
Attending events and liaising with clients
To be considered for the senior role you must have previous experience in sponsorship, exhibition or delegate sales and will be confident in proactively sourcing revenue streams from various angles.
For the junior role, you must have at least 18 months solid sales experience in a business to business environment and be a confident communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit.
