THE ROLE

A critical part of this business is the sponsorship for these forward thinking events, where the sky is the limit for their Sales Managers in the sponsorship team! Taking a long term approach in all that the do (over 70% of sponsors are repeat customers) this role is all about developing relationships.

An overview:

* Driving sponsorship sales across a portfolio of events
* Researching and promoting events to global businesses
* Managing an autonomous sales cycle and reporting to the leadership team bi-monthly
* Securing sponsorship deals up to £50k and hitting an annual target of £0.5m
* Attending events and networking with sponsors

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales and have brought in high value sponsorship deals that are complex in nature. With a deep understanding of the elements of the business development process, and a consultative sales style, you will be goal oriented and able to think conceptually.
