They deliver a range of attraction-based immersive experiences and are always thinking up new ways in which they can wow audiences across the South East - but have big plans to expand their offerings nationwide!

You will be working closely with the Director of Venues, to ensure technical equipment is maintained, as well as purchasing new equipment.
You will also be responsible for:
* Manage maintenance of lighting, sound & video equipment
* Operation of AV & LX elements of experiences
* Manage scheduling for & training of stage managers
* Produce risk assessments and H&S documents
* Manage budgets for attraction budgets
* Plan technical resource
* Support in the purchase & fit out of technical equipment within new venues
The ideal candidate will come from an AV Technician/AV Project Management background and have experience of working with attraction based experiences. You will also ideally have held management responsibilities, although this is not essential.
