THE ROLE

Due to continued success and increased business wins there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their close knit team and be responsible for all production elements across a range of events both across the UK and internationally.

A broad role responsibilities include:

Managing client contact and being the main point of contact for all their production needs
Creating proposals including full costings and quotes
Creating CAD plans / basic floorplans / drawings
Managing the full production process
Liaising with venues (including attending site visits)
Managing, negotiating and booking suppliers
Creating all pre-event production documentation
Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
Managing event logistics; booking and scheduling kit, crew and transportation
Budget management
Providing onsite project management including managing suppliers

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Manager role you should ideally come from a technical AV or production agency and have had previous experience of managing corporate projects. Candidates must have client-facing skills coupled with experience of managing suppliers. Experience of costing jobs is essential as is strong budget management abilities. Skills in CAD / Vectorworks / Sketch-up would be beneficial as would exposure to working on both UK and international projects. Candidates must be open to both UK and international travel as you will be required to go onsite for the events.
