THE ROLE

Due to the continued development of the company, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Venue Finder to join the fun-loving team.

This role will involve working across some of their largest venue find projects and duties will include:

• Venue sourcing (throughout the UK and Overseas)
• Liaising with hotels and suppliers
• Coordinating and arranging site visits
• Attending FAM trips
• Preparing proposals - giving multiple venue options to the client
• Negotiating rates with venues
• Keeping updated on venue and industry trends
• Administration support

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Venue Finder role we are looking for candidates are experienced in venue finding for events, ideally on an international basis. A strong passion for the events industry and the drive and motivation to work within a first class events company are key!
