THE COMPANY

An exciting opportunity to join a leading technical production company who deliver exceptional events including conferences, product launches, gala dinners through to large scale music events and intimate meetings.

Due to continued success and growth they are now looking for an on-site Venue Manager to join their in-house team at a leading London venue. You will be responsible for leading the team of technical experts as well as being a key point of client contact from initial enquiry through to delivery.

THE ROLE

As Venue Manger, you will have overall responsibility of the technical operations required for each event delivered within the venue.

Duties include;

• Client liaison and building relationships

• Acting as main point of contact and providing excellent customer service

• Cross selling and upselling services

• Engaging with internal departments and external suppliers

• Preparation of technical equipment

• Line management of technicians

• Overseeing freelancers on-site

• Event delivery

• Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will need to have venue experience alongside excellent client facing skills, AV technical understanding, sales capabilities as well as the ability to guide clients through events from start to finish. Line management experience would be advantageous.
