Leading production agency seeks a talented Venue Sales & Event Manager to drive event sales and lead on the management of a prestigious London venue!

THE COMPANY

Our client is one of London's leading production agencies who service and manage their in-house contract for a prestigious London.

The high-end venue a unique and exciting blank canvas event space, predominantly serving the corporate market Monday to Thursdays. Events include, meetings, conferences, awards, dinners and Christmas parties. Previous clients include Nike, Deliveroo, Samsung and NFL to name a few!

This is a career defining opportunity mixing business development, marketing and planning whilst also being ready to be hands on in the event delivery.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Directors, the Senior Venue Sales & Event Manager will be responsible for enhancing the reputation of the venue as a destination for the corporate market, increasing volume of events and event revenue.

With your time split between the production agency and the venue you will get involved in:

Strategically promoting the venue and implement sales growth, revenue increases and profitability and spot new market potentials.
Brief taking from clients
Understanding the event requirements
Designing bespoke solutions accordingly
Developing "upsell" drinks and production packages to maximise revenue
Line managing the event delivery team
Responsible for the event delivery, ensuring client briefs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Accountable for budget management on an event by event basis.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have venue management and sales experience ideally within a leading London venue. Corporate event experience and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are self-motivated and able to work autonomously then we need you!

This is a busy and fast-paced environment so we are looking for candidates who are team players, who can work under pressure and who have sharp attention to detail.
