THE ROLE
They are now looking to appoint an Event Coordinator and an Event Manager to join their team, providing essential support in the development and execution of a range of events and training projects.
Working closely with the wider team, these roles will involve the following:
* Supporting the wider team across event delivery
* Managing a range of your own events from brief to onsite
* Coordinating the delegate experience throughout
* Organising a tailored event programme
* Dealing with high profile and prestigious attendees
* Liaising with suppliers
* Managing event logistics
* Overseeing the execution of events onsite (UK based)
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a true passion for the events industry and an eagerness to build their career within the sector. We are looking for individuals who have at least 1 year of experience working within an events focused position. Most event backgrounds will be considered and any understanding of attendee, supplier and/or stakeholder management would be an added benefit. We are looking for highly organised and personable individuals with excellent communications skills.

THE ROLE
Due to continued success this thriving events agency are now looking for a Project Assistant to join their talented team. You will provide support in the end to end management of projects, delivering on smaller projects as you gain experience and confidence.
This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis therefore international travel may also be required.
As a Project Assistant your key responsibilities will include;
* Assist Project Managers with end to end delivery
* Working across a range of live, hybrid and virtual events
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Liaising with clients, delegates and suppliers
* Working to deadlines and project timelines
* Developing financial management skills
* Working across a range of IT systems including Cvent
* Assisting with internal projects including marketing and business development

THE ROLE
Due to continued success this thriving events agency are now looking for a Senior/ Project Manager to join their talented team. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships and will take ownership for events from brief through to delivery.
This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis therefore the role will require you to travel.
As a Senior/Project Manager your key responsibilities will include;
* Building and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Holding full responsibility for events from brief through to on-site management
* Taking briefs directly from clients to understand their needs
* Putting together proposals
* Supporting on pitch presentations
* Collaborating with internal creative and production teams
* Liaising with external suppliers
* Sourcing venues (UK and overseas)
* Managing delegate registration and liaison
* Booking travel, accommodation and other event logistics
* Managing and reporting on budgets
* Delegating tasks and mentoring junior team members
* Managing events on-site (internationally)
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with experience delivering events from brief through to delivery for pharmaceutical clients. Agency experience would be beneficial however we will consider candidates with corporate and association backgrounds.
