The Role
Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing accounts they are now looking for a Senior Event Producer to come on board and work across their diverse portfolio of projects!
A broad role responsibilities include:
• Managing the end to end delivery of a range projects and campaigns
• Client and account management
• Ideation and inputting creative ideas into projects and proposals
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
• Creating and communicating project timelines
• managing content creation including design, video and digital
• Resource planning across the project teams
• Working with Production Managers to coordinate technical and production requirements
• Preparing the run of shows and content schedules
• Budget management
• Onsite management
The Candidate
Candidates need to be confident client facing and have a broad knowledge and experience across a range of events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event production and content creation, including digital and video. Agency experience is preferred and any exposure to working within the tech sector would be advantageous but is not essential. You must be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast-growing creative agency.

Producing a variety of projects from conferences, road shows and launches to experiential and PR campaigns.

The Role
As part of their expansion plans, they now have an exciting and immediate requirement for an experienced Event Manager to join the dynamic and busy team.
Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be working within a fantastic team of creatives and as the Event Manager you will be responsible for managing a range of event projects, from meetings and presentations to large conferences and experiential events, including;
Management of all project elements from initial client briefing through to completion
Briefing and management of suppliers and other departments
Liaison with clients, suppliers and venues
Costing and management of budgets
On-site management
Post event evaluation and reporting
Budget management
The Candidate
The ideal candidate should have agency experience managing the end to end delivery of corporate and experiential events with a fun loving approach to their work

Ability to manage projects within very short timescales

THE ROLE
There is now the opportunity for an experienced Exhibition Manager to join the team to ensure the ongoing success of their annual exhibition.
This is a broad role that includes:
- End-to-end project management of their exhibition
- Supplier selection and management
- Managing complex logistics
- Budget creation and management
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders
- Developing exhibition layouts
- Implementing marketing strategies
- Facilitating attendee engagement
- Onsite project delivery
- Post-event analysis and evaluation
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale exhibitions, preferably within the medical field. You will need to have a deep understanding of how an exhibition comes together, as well as drive and motivation to succeed due to the high standard expected of this association.
