The Role
As Senior Event Manager, you will be working with the agency’s main client, who is a very well-known, successful brand! You will be supporting the delivery of seasonal activations, experiential events and pop-ups, product sampling campaigns, and product launches across the UK.
From receiving the initial brief from client partners, you'll be managing the pre-planning, scheduling, costing and onsite delivery of a range of events as part of a team. You will maintain client communication throughout, communicating timescales, updates and progress reports.
Duties will include but aren’t limited to:
• Client relationship and account management
• Managing internal teams for proposal responses, pitches and submissions
• Understanding client brand objectives and delivery targets
• Working as part of a team for event project delivery, overseeing internal department input, working to set client SLA's and profit margins.
• Responsibility for producing project delivery schedules
• Supplier and venue liaison
• Conducting site visits
• Budget forecasting and project costing, management and reconciliation of project budgets
• Attending larger events onsite

The Role
The rounded role will see the successful candidate taking the lead on a huge range of events. You will have ownership over every part of the planning process including responsibilities such as:
- Brief taking, proposal development and pitching
- Client relationship management and project communication
- End to end responsibility of timelines and project success
- Development of creative ideas, solutions and content in line with the brief
- Organisation of all logistical requirements
- Sourcing, briefing and management of suppliers - venues, production, staffing agencies, etc.
- Liaison with designers and creatives
- Onsite management to oversee installation and delivery
- Financial accountability including quotations and budgeting
The Candidate
We are seeking candidates who have proven experience of delivering B2C, brand experience or experiential events from end to end, ideally from an event, production or marketing agency environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a creative flair in order to develop 'out of the box' solutions for their clients. The ability to work in a very fast paced environment is also essential. We are looking for individuals who are highly ambitious and have the ability to travel onsite for events as well as access to a car.

You will work with the client to strategise key messaging and brand delivery objectives within the event portfolio.s
From receiving the initial brief, you'll be overseeing delivery as the face of the agency for the client. You will oversee event project managers and maintain client communication throughout.
Duties will include but aren't limited to:
- Client relationship and account management
- Account growth via cross-selling and up selling of agency services.
- Working to and exceeding revenue growth targets
- Managing internal teams for proposal responses, pitches and submissions
- Understanding client brand objectives and delivery targets
- Acting as the face of the agency for project delivery, overseeing internal delivery teams, managing SLA's and profit margins
- Responsibility and oversight of project delivery schedules
- Budget forecasting, management and reconciliation of project and portfolio budgets
- Attending larger events onsite
The Candidate

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a capable Technical Production Manager to join the team and facilitate the technical delivery of their international based events, and they are also open to an AV Technician looking to step up!
As a Technical Production Manager you will be highly involved in each project, dealing with clients from the conceptual stages of the event right up to the completion while working within a close-knit team.
- Interpreting and developing the brief with the client
- Advising clients on technical set ups and appropriate AV kit
- Regular client meeting & site visits
- Producing quotes and agreeing budgets
- Managing project timelines and schedules
- Ensuring project documentation is updated, including risk assessments and method statements
- Creation of floor plans and set visuals when required
- Managing suppliers and other 3rd parties
- Overseeing delivery of the event, working with other departments to ensure post-production activities are completed
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role you will have experience in an AV or technical role, likely gained in an AV supply company or events production agency.
It is also essential that you are experienced in the full lifecycle of an event, whether this is from your current position within an AV company or from your experience as a Senior AV Technician who is looking to take the next step in their career.
