They offer flexible working and hybrid working with expectations to go into the offices as needed likely 1-2 times per week. As a junior member of the team it would beneficial to be local to the office in order to work from the office a little more for support and training.
THE ROLE
Due to continued success this thriving events agency are now looking for a Project Assistant to join their talented team. You will provide support in the end to end management of projects, delivering on smaller projects as you gain experience and confidence.
This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis therefore international travel may also be required.
As a Project Assistant your key responsibilities will include;
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will have 1-2 years experience in corporate events management and be able to work autonomously and take responsibility. You will be extremely organised with excellent attention to detail with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Working on smaller projects through to large-scale and complex events across the world they are now looking for a Senior/Project Manager or Project Director to join their dynamic team.
You will be given the chance to work within a supportive environment as part of a close-knit, friendly and sociable team!
The role will be predominately remote based with expectations to be in the offices once bimonthly in Berkshire/London for company updates and socials.
THE ROLE
Due to continued success this thriving events agency are now looking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join their talented team. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships and will take ownership for events from brief through to delivery.
This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a wide range of events on an international basis therefore the role will require you to travel circa 4-6 times per year for 3-7 days at a time.

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with experience delivering events from brief through to delivery for pharmaceutical clients. Agency experience would be beneficial however we will consider candidates with corporate and association backgrounds. Experience in delegate management software is a must; ideally Cvent.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Senior Event Project Manager to join this dynamic team and play a key role in planning and executing successful corporate events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable and impactful events that align with the company's objectives.
The role will include the following duties:
- Develop event concepts, and create event timelines
- Research and recommend suitable event venues, vendors, and suppliers
- Negotiating contracts and managing relationships
- Manage event logistics such as catering and audio-visual equipment
- Booking transportation accommodations
- Support the creation and distribution of event invitation
- Set-up and breakdown of event spaces
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses
- Provide on-site event support
- Compile post-event feedback
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement
The Candidate
The ideal candidate MUST have experience working in an event agency environment and have involvement of the end-to-end process of delivering an event. You will have strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
