The company
Working with high profile clients and assisting in the design and technical staging of events, this company deliver technical requirements for a range of events from a small meeting to an arena spectacular and everything in between.
Servicing clients across the UK and Europe they will assist with the development of ideas and themes, providing creative solutions in the form of design, audio and video or simply the rental of a piece of technical equipment!
With live events coming back and an abundance of clients they are now seeking a highly organised Operations Coordinator to join the team!
The role
With an ever-expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity for an enthusiastic Event Operations Assistant to join this exciting team! Working closely with and supporting the Operations Manager with administration and event logistics planning. As part of your role you will be booking hotels, equipment sub hires and vans, assigning labour, transport, and internal resources to jobs, and submitting this information to the Operations Manager for approval.
This is a broad role that includes:
- Carrying out administrative duties across a number of departments
- Responding to incoming enquiries
- Taking incoming phone calls and managing inboxes professionally
- Maintaining a high level of service to clients and venues
- Updating documentation such as invoices, payments and orders
- Arranging equipment and technician bookings and schedules
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and have excellent communication skills. The candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to provide excellent customer service. A high level of organisation and ability to prioritise workload is key.
