THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ticketing Manager to deliver an efficient, customer-focused ticketing service, supporting our ticketing strategy. This role involves managing live ticketing inventory, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless event settlements.
You will work closely with our Ticketing Partner, Dice, and oversee event builds across our in-house system (Spektrix) and partner platforms, covering a diverse range of events including public programmes, theatre shows, creative learning events, and ice rink sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage events on ticketing systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ticket agents, producers, and other stakeholders.
Provide detailed reporting on sales performance, trends, and insights to the commercial team.
Review and enhance the customer journey.
Ensure compliance with GDPR.
THE CANDIDATE
We're looking for someone with proven experience managing ticketing functions in the arts, music, or leisure industry, with strong skills in inventory management, troubleshooting, and data analysis (including Excel proficiency). Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential, along with an understanding of the customer journey and ticket sales channels. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. - Support the senior leadership team
- Production pre-planning
- Scheduling crew

- Liaising with external suppliers
- Managing contracting
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail, as well as an interest in AV. You must have some form of prior events experience, preferably from within a similar company, however other backgrounds will still be considered, and you will have managed logistics for complex projects.

- Advising on and specifying technical equipment
- Taking client briefs and producing quotes
- Creating CAD plans for events
- Health & safety and risk management
- Overseeing technical installation
- Briefing and managing AV Technicians
- Onsite technical delivery
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a proven track record of managing the technical delivery of corporate events, with a deep understanding of AV and the ability to take on large scale projects. Experience with design systems and stock control is desirable, as well as client facing experience.
