A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Production Manager to join the team providing exciting solutions across AV, lighting, video, fabrication and more.
Working alongside the internal production team, you will be seeing projects through to completion from the initial brief through to onsite management. Responsibilities will include:
Taking detailed client briefs
Managing the full event production process from concept to delivery
Building and maintaining client relationships
Proposal writing and providing quotations
Technical specification and booking out kit
Liaising with internal teams
Booking and managing freelance staff
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, ideally from a technical supplier, production agency or venue.
We will consider Senior AV Technicians who want to take the step up into a project management role however it is important you currently have client facing responsibility as this is a key factor for this role.

The Congress Project Manager will work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of both UK and overseas congresses in a live and virtual capacity. The range of duties will include:
* Leading congresses from brief stage
* Client management
* Liaising with internal departments
* Overseeing registration and logistics teams
* Working with designers, producers and creatives alike
* Budget management and reconciliation
* Managing 3rd party suppliers and reducing rates wherever possible
* Supporting and managing senior level stakeholders
* Leading each project timeline and milestone meeting
* Acting as the Project Lead on-site to ensure a smooth delivery
* Post event de-brief with client
The ideal candidate will be from an event background, managing the end to end delivery of congress events combined with high organisation skills and client confidence.
