THE ROLE
An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Director to join their team. This role will be focussed on generating revenue into the venue spaces from corporate clients via incoming enquiries and identifying opportunities.

We are ideally looking for individuals from within an event or corporate background. You will have strong commercial acumen and be confident in building strong relationships quickly having held a senior role within a sales environment.

THE ROLE
They are now looking for a Sales Manager to come on board to drive the sales team forwards bringing in new exciting events to the growing business.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Managing, motivating and guiding the current sales team of 6
· Implementing a sales strategy
· Fostering strong client relationships and nurturing accounts
· Identifying new business opportunities across sectors
· Performance monitoring and training of the sales team
· Liaising closely with marketing, operational and finance teams
· Developing new ideas alongside the logistics team
· Identifying pinch points to ensure seamless delivery
· Networking and identifying potential partners
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and have a proven background in a similar role however other senior event sales backgrounds will be considered. You will be a people person, comfortable managing and encouraging a sales team.
