The Role

- Managing lighting, sound, video for a range of events
- Client liaison and support

THE ROLE
Due to their growth, there is now a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AV Warehouse Manager to join the team and look after all aspects of their in-house AV inventory.
Key responsibilities include:
• Hands on experience across the broad AV spectrum
• Management of a team of Warehouse Technicians / freelancers
• Stock checking and using rental software
• Liaising across internal teams
• Document all kit going in and out
• Preparing and testing all equipment
• Maintenance of equipment including PAT testing
• Management all storage space and areas
• Ensuring health and safety is adhered to
• Ensuring equipment is safe and secure at all times
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to get involved with a keen desire to learn. AV warehouse experience is essential, with strong leadership skills.

THE ROLE
Now expanding their team with a busy calendar of events ahead, they are looking for an AV Technician to join the team, being responsible for the following:
- Manage and operate AV equipment in a variety of event settings, to include conferences, exhibitions, live virtual & hybrid.
- Communicate effectively with Production Managers and clients regarding upcoming events.
- Prep, test and maintain live event equipment.
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks when transporting kit to/from site.
- Using rental management software to check kit in & out and assist with stock control.
- Assisting with warehouse maintenance, recycling & waste management.
- International travel and onsite installations
THE CANDIDATE
You must have a keen interest in the technical delivery of live events, and experience in technical elements of event delivery is essential, covering lighting, sound, and video. There will be training on offer for candidates with the enthusiasm to succeed in this role.
