The Agency

With the virtual events they are delivering becoming more complex there is a need for an experienced IT Technician to take control of their internal IT, and the interaction between it and their virtual event platforms.
The role
As part of their close knit team you will be the go to person for all things IT related within the business. Completely cloud based there's a lot of large files (video, audio etc) moved about between departments, challenges around the uploading of these files to their platforms, a complex range of software being used and the usual office IT associated with a fast moving and cutting edge business.
In short it's abroad role where you will identify the best ways of working and be given the resources and responsibility for making that happen, including;
* Identify the best systems / processes for the business
* Develop their cloud based approach to internal IT
* Troubleshoot IT issues on an individual and company level
* Oversee large file transfers internally and to their virtual event platforms
* Help in the creation of microsites
The Candidate
Candidates should have experience working independently as an IT Technician, preferably within a smaller but fast-moving business. Experience of the events industry or virtual event platforms would be advantageous but not essential.

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and development of the business they are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to come on board and help develop relationships with prospective clients. A broad role responsibilities include:
* Working closely with the internal team to deliver the new sales strategy
* Planning, implementing and following up sales campaigns
* Maintaining engagement with warm prospects, and promoting the companies services
* Identifying new leads for the agency
* Booking meetings / calls / demos with prospects
* Working closely with the account management team to develop proposals, RFP and RFI responses
* Driving awareness campaigns of new services
* Generating and developing new relationships
* CRM database management
* Attending industry events
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have excellent client facing and account management skills ideally coupled with experience of working within the event sector. An understanding of how to build brand awareness within the event technology sector would be advantageous as would a background in lead generation and qualifying prospects. Experience of maintaining and updating CRM's is essential and any exposure to content creation for email campaigns would be useful.
Presentation skill would be an added benefit but more importantly candidates must have the drive and ambition to join this leading creative agency and help develop the business at this critical time!

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must relevant PR experience, gained from an agency, in-house or government facing role in addition to a proven background in delivering complex multi-market communications campaigns. Experience would be preferred from a fully integrated PR agency and any ideally candidates should have exposure to working across the pharmaceutical and health sector. Candidates must have strong commercial acumen and exceptional client facing skills and an understanding of the way the NHS is structured and knowledge of local European country approval processes would be preferred.

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have a background in global communications, ideally with expertise in media relations and creative campaigning. Experience would be preferred from a fully integrated PR agency and any ideally candidates should have exposure to working across the pharmaceutical and health sector, supporting teams who are drafting pharmaceutical product and disease awareness material as well as managing stakeholder relationships for a diverse range of clients and therapeutic areas. Experience of leading teams to deliver complex multi-market communications campaigns is essential. Candidates must have strong commercial acumen and exceptional client facing skills.
