This highly regarded  company is a global leader in premium visual merchandising solutions and scenic builds for the luxury retail sector. With a passionate and dedicated team they pride themselves on exceptional quality and flawless delivery. With all design, fabrication and production inhouse, they partner with the world most prestigious brands to bring retail environments to life! Working across a range of projects including pop ups, in-store installations, luxury window displays and bespoke visual storytelling, they are an exciting point in their development.

 

 THE ROLE

 

With ambitious growth plans they are now looking for a BDM / Head of Events to drive the business forward. A dual role the first requirement would be expand their offering  and establishing new revenue streams within the event agency and end client space, before heading up the team to ensure delivery! A broad role responsibilities include:

 

•          Identifying targeting and securing new business opportunities

•          Relationship building

•          Identifying opportunities for growth

•          Leading on client pitches and securing new business

•          Collaborating with internal teams to ensure deliverables

•          Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of sector trends, competitor activity, and innovations

•          Providing regular reporting and sales forecasting to senior leadership

 

  

THE CANDIDATE

 

Candidates must come with a strong commercial background with a proven strengths in business development and the demonstrated success in securing and developing high value clients. Ideally candidates should have exposure to working within the scenic build or creative services sector or for an event or production agency. Candidates must be able to develop relationships and be confident pitching for and securing business and come with a strong network within the events sector.
