THE ROLE
Having converted all of their events to a virtual / hybrid format, and seen their attendance grow dramatically, they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to come on board and join their close knit team, initially delivering virtual events but then moving to fully live events in the second half of 2021.
This is a broad role with wide ranging responsibilities, including;
* Managing event timelines
* Supplier selection and management
* Preparing invitations
* Speaker liaison
* Booking flights / accommodation
* Budget management and reconciliation
* On site management
* Monitoring and evaluating event performance
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have experience delivering conferences from within either an association or corporate environment, preferably with some virtual / hybrid experience.
Candidates will also need to be organised, have excellent communication skills and be used to managing multiple projects independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a creative / content orientated event, production or communications agency as either an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Producer. Creative ideas, good account management skills and project delivery experience (including virtual / hybrid) is a must.
