THE ROLE
You will be responsible from the initial planning stage, right through to the event delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Advising on complex technical elements of events
* Overall responsibility for the technical aspects of an event
* Assisting with pitches for new business
* Working with Project Managers to plan crew & logistics
* Creating detailed pre and post event production schedules and documentation
* Building quotations for events
* Troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
* Producing Health & Safety plans & risk assessments
* Overseeing the on-site rig & de-rig of installations
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will come from an AV Technician/AV Project Management background and have experience of working at conferences, congresses & award shows. You will also have experience of virtual events.

Servicing clients across the UK and Europe they will assist with the development of ideas and themes, providing creative solutions in the form of design, audio and video or simply the rental of a piece of technical equipment!

THE ROLE
With an ever expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity for an enthusiastic AV Technician to join the team and support the technical delivery of a range of live events.
This is a broad role that includes:
-Liaising with internal departments
-Managing equipment and stock levels
-Testing and prepping equipment
-Coordinating the maintenance of equipment including PAT testing
-Adhering to and implementing health & safety procedures
-Communicating with Project Managers and the warehouse team
-Working to project deadlines
-Setting up and operating equipment onsite
-Providing all round technical support onsite at live events
-Working across the full AV spectrum
-Driving license will be required
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for ambitious and driven candidates with technical knowledge and the passion to develop their career within the events sector. Experience working within an AV Technician role (either from a technical supplier, production agency or venue background) would be very beneficial however candidates who have just graduated from a AV/technical focused degree will also be considered. Knowledge and exposure to the full AV spectrum would be advantageous but those with a bias towards audio, video, lighting, etc. will still be considered.
