The Role
Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing accounts there is now an opportunity for an Event Executive to join their close-knit team. A broad role, responsibilities include:
• Working closely with the Account Directors and Account Managers from initial brief through to onsite delivery and post production
• Working across in-person, virtual, broadcast and hybrid events
• Supporting with event planning including project research, image sourcing & pitch creation
• Sourcing competitive quotes & negotiating with suppliers
• Working with internal teams including Creatives, Designers & Producers
• Working across multiple events / projects at any one time
• Supporting with the logistical delivery of events including venue and delegate liaison
• Budget management and cost tracking
• Supporting with the facilitation of virtual events / onsite event management
The Candidate
The ideal Event Executive should ideally have some events experience coupled ideally with (although not necessarily) an event or related degree. Exposure to working on corporate / conference based events would be an added benefit for this Event Executive role but is not essential. Candidates must be client facing and have a creative flair but more importantly the successful Events Executive must have the drive and ambition to join this leading creative agency and really make a difference to the events they deliver! Recent graduates with a year’s placement will also be considered.

MEMBER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR – LONDON VENUE

THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success, they are now looking for a Member Experience Coordinator to come on board and deliver unparalleled levels of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner. This will involve elements of event coordination, guest management, onboarding new members, relationship building with partners and members and managing room bookings.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with some experience in a customer facing role that has an events management element. You will be highly organised and very comfortable using Microsoft software programmes and handling administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is looking for a role that provides variety, where no two days are ever the same!
