THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for a skilled and driven Technical Project Manager to join this close-knit family feel business. Someone who really knows their way around AV systems and AV installs, and thrives on seeing a project through from the first sketch to final sign-off.
In this role, you'll take charge of audiovisual projects from start to finish. That means everything from planning and documentation to managing on-site installations, system testing, and making sure everything runs smoothly for the client handover. It's a hands-on role with a big-picture view.
We're looking for someone who is hands on, whether it's pulling cable, mounting screens, or getting into the nitty-gritty of system configuration, and who's now ready to lead from the front. You'll need to be confident managing teams, timelines, and technical details, while keeping a cool head and clear communication throughout.
If you've got a solid background in AV installation and integration, and you're ready to take the lead on projects, overseeing the delivery of a diverse range of projects, including events, conferences, launches, interactive experiences, and collaboration projects.
The role will offer natural progression to eventually sit on the SLT, and make this your home.
THE CANDIDATE
The candidate will have hands-on experience leading a production team and a proven track record in delivering exceptional experiential builds and both live and virtual events
Your commercial acumen and in-depth knowledge of technology and best practices in corporate communication will be invaluable. Strong communication skills, outstanding leadership qualities, and strategic thinking will set you apart and experience of building installations
If you have an extensive network of industry contacts and clients, this could also be a benefit but not essential.
