Event Recruitment

We're a specialist event recruitment agency that works across the event sector; from boutique event agencies through to global integrated agencies, client side, associations, venues and everything in between!

Event recruitment the right way, not a typical recruitment agency way... For a start we’re not sales people and we don’t just have a glancing overview of what it’s all about. For years we have recruited across the event spectrum and have built a network of talent that connects us / you to the best of the best.

Some of the event roles we regularly recruit (amongstothers) include;

  • Account Managers (Account Executive through to Client Services Director)

  • Event Project Managers

  • Event Production Managers

  • Producers

  • New business people

  • Creatives (3D, 2D and presentation design)

If you're looking for a specialist event recruitment agency who can add value, understand your business, identify & secure the best people, all in an effective and hassle free way we can help! And, without blowing our own trumpet, we like to think we’re a good bunch of people to have around – flexible, accessible, professional and, of course, trustworthy.

The 5 easy steps to finding your next event team member.

  1. We take the brief - understanding the role, the skills & experience you are looking for and (crucially) the type of person who will fit in your team.

  2. We go to the talent market through our own extensive network and bespoke advertising campaigns

  3. Within 48 hours we present a shortlist of candidates who have the skills and experience you are looking for

  4. You choose who you want to interview and we arrange every step of the process from there; arranging interviews, taking feedback and manage the offer through

  5. The candidate joins your team

If this is the kind of event recruitment agency you would like to work with, lets talk. You can call our team on 0345 548 8000 or send us your brief here.
