    A great opportunity to join a thriving association event team and work across a huge range of international virtual and hybrid events!

    This prestigious and well established independent association are leaders in the political field. With a wide reaching membership base spanning 50 countries, and representing institutions and senior academics worldwide they encourage and promote training and research across the market delivered through publications, journals and events including conferences, webinars and academic events.

    With a growing network and a market leading reputation this is an opportunity not to be missed!!!

    Having converted all of their events to a virtual / hybrid format, and seen their attendance grow dramatically, they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to come on board and join their close knit team, initially delivering virtual events but then moving to fully live events in the second half of 2021.

    This is a broad role with wide ranging responsibilities, including;

    * Managing event timelines
    * Supplier selection and management
    * Preparing invitations
    * Speaker liaison
    * Booking flights / accommodation
    * Budget management and reconciliation
    * On site management
    * Monitoring and evaluating event performance

    Candidates must have experience delivering conferences from within either an association or corporate environment, preferably with some virtual / hybrid experience.

    Candidates will also need to be organised, have excellent communication skills and be used to managing multiple projects independently.
