With offices in well over 20 countries, this agency are going from strength to strength and continue to deliver cutting edge, integrated campaigns. Working solely with recruitment consultancies, this agency deliver website design and build, social media and community management, apps, events, brochures and exhibition collateral!
With a sole aim to increase candidate attraction and build the brands name, this agency work closely with their clients to truly understand their audience and how best to position in their market.
THE ROLE
With continued growth, the agency is now looking for a candidate with experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand management or even employee engagement.
Working alongside the in-house creative, digital and project management team, this Account Director will offer strategic insight on how best to advertise each client!
Reporting to the Client Partner, responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Understanding the client brief and develop an initial strategy
- Identifying potential areas for growth with existing clients
- Oversee internal teams to deliver campaigns
- Directly managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers/ Account Executives
- Drive the team to reach KPIs
THE IDEAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Previous knowledge of the recruitment industry is necessary for this position. The ideal Account Director will also posses the following:
- The ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Line management experience
- Strong communication, management and organisational skills
