The Role
They are now looking for an experienced Event Client Services Director to lead on strategic client growth across their F1 sector whilst managing and developing a team and holding overarching accountability for project output.
Event Client Services Director sits at SLT with broad responsibilities including;
- Lead and manage the F1 Hospitality Account/Project team, fostering accountability, creativity, and collaboration
- Hold overall accountability for all project output across F1 client base
- Oversee P&L and commercials for key client accounts and projects
- Identify opportunities for account growth and scalability
- Lead on pitch responses and delivery for potential new project opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- Identify skills gaps and support career progression and recruitment planning
- Manage resource allocation and engage freelance support when needed
- Gather client feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future planning.
- Collaborate across the business to improve efficiency through process implementation
The Candidate
To be considered for the Event Client Services Director role, candidates must be working at a similar level within an event/production agency environment. Applicants must be able to evidence a knowledge of the event project delivery process with current skills in strategic client services management and team management. It is essential that candidates must also be able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of the F1 hospitality environment.
