With a client base that spans across the globe, this leading event agency are recognised for their hard work and impeccable event delivery. Working across a broad and exciting spectrum of sectors their professional and dedicated team understand what each client is looking for. Offering multiple in-house services including logistics, production and creatives, there is little this agency doesn't cover!
Whilst working with a full list of blue chip clients, healthcare is hugely important in their portfolio. They work with some of the top pharmaceutical companies, delivering projects such as congresses, publications, stand design, 3D interactive screens and models, app development and much more!
Due to internal development, they are now seeking an Account Director to come on board, provide management across a key healthcare account and oversee the development of junior team members. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part within a growing agency!
THE ROLE
Your role as Account Director will be to ensure that opportunities are being maximised across the client account and continue the development of the strong client relationships. Alongside this, you will lead across larger scale projects and manage a dedicated events team.
Overall responsibilities will include:
*Client management, including development and growth across the account.
*Taking client brief and key input into proposal writing
*Liaising with internal teams
*Providing end-end event logistics
*Supplier management
*Overseeing team members
*On-site management
*Budget management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should come from an agency environment and have a proven background of delivering across healthcare events. Strong account management skills are key, this role will require candidates to maintain and build a strong relationship with their client and ensure every opportunity is maximised. Experience of overseeing an events team would be highly desirable also.
