THE ROLE

They now have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to shape their future plans and lead a dedicated team across a wide and diverse range of fantastic events.

Responsibilities will include:

*Managing the agency's 6 person project management team
*Implementing policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
*Working to client objectives and striving for continuous improvement
*Taking the lead with senior level client liaison and pitching
*Developing the client relationship to nurture the account
*Driving the strategic direction of the agency's key account
*Overseeing event delivery across the team
*Maintaining exceptional delivery standards and attention to detail across events
*Reporting to deliver analysis and insight across the event portfolio

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have extensive event management experience, and will have managed an events project management team in a similar fast-paced agency environment. Strong people management skills in addition to exceptional client and supplier management experience are essential. We are looking for candidates who are able to lead a delivery team to success! Any exposure to working on exhibition builds would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. A passion for, interest in or experience of working in the automotive sector is a must.
