As close knit and dedicated team they work across large scale sampling campaigns, as well as roadshows and brand activations.

THE ROLE

Due to an increase in business and a busy events calendar they are now looking to grow their team with the addition of an Account Manager.

As Account Manager you will be a key part of the experiential and operations team as well as supporting other areas of the business when required.

Reporting directly in to an Account Director and supported by an Account Executive, your role will be both strategic and operational, managing key accounts and supporting in the continued development and growth of the business.

You will also be responsible for quotations, managing budgets and creating proposals/client presentations and payroll when appropriate. Monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of every project will be integral to your role.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for;

* Key point of contact for clients
* Growing and developing key client accounts
* Managing and improving services
* Overseeing live events within accounts
* Taking client briefs and delivering proposals
* Troubleshooting relationship issues
* Identifying key business opportunities
* Meeting potential clients
* Managing and resolving any client conflicts
* Managing complex budget

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an experiential /sampling background and be confident at developing client relationships and growing accounts
