THE ROLE

We now are recruiting for an Account Director to join this fabulous business to head up one of their high profile accounts and oversee the delivery of a really busy project portfolio. Due to the nature of the work an understanding and background in production is key here so ideally the successful candidate will have at some stage worked as a Producer or Production Manager in an agency. The ability to deal with high level stakeholders is also a pre-requisite as is previous account management experience.

As Account Director you will be responsible for:

* Leading the direction of the account and managing key client stakeholders
* Overseeing all financial budgets for the projects and maximising profitability
* Getting deeply under the skin of the client's objectives
* Pulling together internal departments and external suppliers
* Overseeing the end to end project management of events
* Leading on new pitches and proposals
* Attending regular client meetings to take initial brief, or update on project progress

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have agency experience ideally as a Producer before moving into an account management role (or be heading up some key clients as a Producer) and have experience of overseeing the production and delivery of large scale and complex events. This is a demanding and fast paced account which will bring all the rewards that come with managing such a great client!
