THE ROLE
Due to continued growth we are new seeking an experienced Account Director to be the "face" of the agency and lead from the front. You will be delivering creativity and offering strategic input to clients and their brands. Delivering PR strategies that exceeds expectations you will get involved in:

* Developing and growing client relationships (at all levels)
* Retaining and organically growing accounts
* Providing strategic input and direction
* Working with internal teams
* Overseeing and driving full campaign delivery
* Managing and mentoring the team
* Ensuring internal process are efficient as possible
* Overseeing the financial elements of the account
* Reviewing, analysing and reporting on campaign performance

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be someone currently working at Account Director level within a full service PR / marketing agency. You will have worked across multiple accounts delivering successful campaigns with a key focus on the strategic development.

Our client is looking for people who have a strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive business sales through the retention and growth of current and new clients.
