This privately owned events agency have been going for over 20 years now and have developed a very impressive client base - There is no better time to join the business than now, as they are significantly growing in size and looking for someone to grow and progress with them!

With creativity at the heart of everything they do, they deliver flawless events across a range of industry sectors including IT, Retail and Automotive. The majority of work they do are conferences, incentives, team building days and exhibitions however any event is possible and the team will always work together to go above and beyond their clients expectations.

THE ROLE

Due to on-going growth there is now an opportunity for an Event Executive / Senior Event Executive to come on board and work on a range of events across the year.

A broad role responsibilities include:

• Supporting on, organising and delivering a variety of events
• Full event logistics including travel and accommodation booking
• Venue finding
• Delegate management
• Supplier and third party liaison and negotiation
• Budget management and cost tracking
• General office support and administrative duties
• On-site event support

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at any one time. If you are highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills then we need you!
